Check out the Double Davy, then add another turn or two (going across the knot from the previous one). 10 second tie and is quite strong. It even works on braid.

Or trim your line and leave about and inch and a half instead of cutting it close. Just swings with the skirt

Orvis knot is another that aims the tag back toward the lure. It actually may aim it towards the lure better than the Double Davy with extra turns will.

Search youtube for Gerald Swindle floro knot. Hope this helps. Only knot i use now outside of braid.
