Anyone know if a Javelin 389 dual console will interchange with any of the ones listed in the picture? Looking for a cover but not going to pay 1k for it. If I had a 30k boat it would be a no brainer.

The Javelin 389 and Renegade 19 are the exact same hull. The first model of 389's were sometime early to mid 90's. Then in 1999 the top cap was redesigned. The only thing that changed was the layout of the deck. Length and width were not touched. When they redesigned the top cap they renamed it Renegade 19...All Javelin's got a redesigned top cap and name change in 1999. Then at the end of 2002 they stopped production due to OMC bankrupt.
If my memory is correct I have an Attwood cover for my JR19. It fits pretty good. It is more on the little loose side but it can be adjusted/tightened up to where it still fits good. The 389/JR19 is 18'9" long with a 91"beam. My neighbor has a Triton TR196 which is 19'6" long and slightly wider than my JR19. I let him borrow my Attwood cover. It fits extremely tight but it will fit. Like I said it's a little lose on 18'9" but very tight on 19'6". I am pretty sure I bought my Atwood cover at Wal-mart about 15 years ago.
I seldom use it because I have a garage. I will put in on occasionally in the winer just to keep dust off the boat. I have used it a few times on overnight trips and once when the boat sit at a shop for a couple weeks. Attwood makes a decent cover for the price. If storing storing outside permanent or for long periods of time I would look at a high $ cover. If storing temporary then a low to medium $ cover.

You had the right person reply to your post. Anything JR19 says about a Javelin you should listen. Good guy very knowledgeable and helpful. Anythime i need ask something about my Renagade 19 thats who i hope responds.

Well, bought a Carver and am very disappointed in the fit. Not what I was expecting. I thought since I was paying more I'd get a better cover, LOL. Now time to find an Attwood cover and get rid of this thing!
What cover did you buy? Was it custom made for your boat?

Not custom. Called the "styled to fit" and evidently this is exactly how it's supposed to fit. I've never seen a cover fit like this but it is what it is. I ended up getting a cover today at Bass Pro and I like it much better.

I bought the Carver cover from Quality Marine Supply. Great experience. If you're interested in it I'm going to put it on eBay.
