Next BassCat Model

My 13 year old son and I were debating what should be the name of the next new model BassCat comes out with. Since “Lynx” came out last year we agreed “Panther” would be a decent name for the next one. Only downside is that’s it’s pretty close to Pantera. Any other suggestions?

Just don’t expect a new model anytime soon. They are more focused on redesigning existing models like the car companies. They don’t introduce new model names unless they are reaching into a new segment. They have retired some and could do that in the future.

We were driving home from his baseball practice this afternoon and we were just passing the time theorizing what the next new name could be. We couldn’t come up with many decent “big cat” names that weren’t already being used. I bought a new Cougar earlier this summer so it’s often the topic of conversation when it’s just him and I. We drive his sister nuts.

Still keeping fingers crossed that having full color on the Margay in place of the white gel coat on the inside will be an option in the future.
