My first use initial review on the Melenium B300 seat......

Fished a few hours this morning with my Melenium B300 Palma Horse seat.
It is the most comfortable seat I have EVER used in my life! Stradling it, while sitting feels so natural, and it serves as a great leaning post too. I heard a couple guys say that it spins a bit while running, but I did not have that issue at all, even at WOT. It stayed motionless.
I will never use any other type seat again!

Best thing this old man has found for the front. I got a bad back and both feet numb.

Any millennium product will give you a similar result. They are head and shoulders above the rest in my opinion, from deer stand seats, to boat seats. They are simply phenomenal.

Thank you very much for this review. Do you find that it is too wide when you first walk up past the seat to get onto the front deck? I am wondering if I would trip over my rods as I try to squeeze past the seat to get up front.

So far, not really. Easily turns for more room

Jeff straddling this seat, especially in rough water conditions, should give the user more stability over a standard butt seat. Have you got to test that out yet?

Not yet, but I'm pretty sure it will be great in rough water! It is MUCH easier to keep your feet/body balanced & sturdy while straddling it, compared to a basic butt seat.

I watched Ultimate Match Fishing the other day. They have that seat in the Ranger they fish out of. I did notice that it seemed to get in the way going back and forth. They are butt ugly, but after lower back surgery and a hip replacement it might be the way to go. Larry
There’s no use being stupid if you’re not willing to show it off.

Yeah, but they are always "spastic" once they hook a fish! Always freakin & running around the boat! Lol
Suprised they don't lose every fish they hook!

Doesn't get in the way, because if you barely "nudge" it, it freely swings out of the way.

    And they really aren't ugly

Only pic i have that has seat on boat:

I just ordered mine from Jet.com for $69. Will post up a review once I hit the lake with it over Labor Day weekend.

So you sit on it like a saddle?
That sounds kind of uncomfortable. I would like to try one first for sure.

I've had a chance to use mine in some rough water. I don't straddle it but I do hit spotlock and stand behind it (same as I did with my other butt seat) and because it's wider it's definitely more stable.

After reading so much about this seat and fishing in the rough waters of Erie and St. Clair, I just pulled the trigger and bought it from Jet.com. Thanks for the info guys, I love this site and that everyone shares where you can get a good deal on things. Will post my review when it comes in and I have a chance to try it out.
