they are NOT the same. The 9624105 has an inner diameter of 2.55" and the other is only 2.33". They both will press fit on the outside diameter but will either be too tight or leak on the ID. If you have a UFP axle from that year, use the 473317.

Is your axle and components made by UFP or another brand?

It's the original axle , I believe .
The reason I am asking is ,I used the 473317's. Replaced them 4 years ago with no issues until last week .Noticed some grease splatters on inside the wheel ,some at seal site on the axle. The other side showed no indication of leaking seal . Fixed it with another 473317 seal .Will replace both them in the spring, if I can get the 9624015's.
Might need to replace the L rings

Its a spindo seal. It gives the spindle a new area for the seal to ride on.
