Couple of firsts for me this morning.....

Caught my first DD on a frog this morning, only bite I had. The I went out deep and caught a Go Pro with the mount and weather proof case on a 10xd crankbait. Just got it out of the case and the damn thing is charging up, had a card in it. I'm going to see if I can find out who it belongs too if I can see anything on the card to find out who it belongs too. I'd bet they would like to have it back!

May do that, but I did mistype, it's by far not my first DD it's the first in a frog, I'm not a frog chunkier.

I'm usually in Del Rio for most of September for some tournaments so I honestly couldn't tell you Bern. I can tell you it sucks right now.

They pushed my build date arrival to January so I had to get a different rig, it's the same boat I was in but a different color so I'm incognito! It's a pretty boat but not my normal colors but it think I have it sold already. Cliff at TBW really helped me out after I sold that black boat, only place to buy a boat. I'll post up some pics next week when the power poles go.

The GoPro charged up but won't turn on so I'd assume it needs to go in the trash, I don't know much about them but I know how ours works and this one won't light up on the screen but the battery lights come on. Beats the hell out of me

I am suppose to be at Amistad sept 27th - 30th. I was thinking about extending my trip by going to another lake for a couple of days since I was already making a long trip.

That lake is a toss up, there one day and gone the next. Me and Farmerman were third at the first champs in January and should have been top three in the secon but didpck make it back to weigh in on time! Pretty water, sorry fishin. Will be there for SIT and CAST in October.

Do yourself a favor and go to Falcon, I'd much rather be there than fish for dinks at Amistad.

I totally agree with you. Unfortunately, this is an annual family trip with the inlaws who are hell bent on going to Amistad. I have tried to get them to go to different lakes with no luck. We still have a good time.
