Had just a small amount of brisket left from a couple of days ago. Not enough to freeze. So cooked up some steak fries and seasoned them up shredded the brisket over the fries and covered with a little pepper jack cheese. Not to bad. Think I'll try it with cheddar and sriracha sauce next time. Cheddar just seems better with the fries

sounds alot like something on the menu at my fav eatery anyone ever near cresson tx just south of fort worth stop in at maxs and order loaded fries it will change your life ps bring help or dont you may not want to share i know what im having for lunch tomorrow
