prop to pad on a 2200?

Hey guys just got my new lower unit installed (went from 1.62 to 1.75 gears with a torque master). Just curious as to where should i start on the prop to pad for this boat. 99' gambler 2200 - 01' Mercury 250 XB - 12" Hydrodynamics manual plate - 26p Bravo XS. Im sure this is not the right prop, but its all I have right now besides a 25p Bravo 1 which I dont think will be enough. Any help would be great cause I dont have a hydraulic plate so just looking for a starting point.

I have a 2002 2200 with an XB. Running a 28 bravo xs. 2.75 inches below pad seems to be my sweet spot. Water pressure sits right between 11 and 12 psi, 79mph gps during the warm months, and almost zero chine walk
