    Triton Motor Mounting Bolts

What is the proper orientation for the 4 mounting bolts to the jack plate? From the inside out or outside in? Mine have been moved already and I need to lower my motor back down so want to put them in right.

From the inside out. That way you don’t have to turn the bolt to tighten after applying your sealant to it. And torque the nuts to 50 ft/lbs.

I’m attaching to a jack plate so no sealant right? Also, I think the torque to the jack plate is 90 ft lbs and jack plate to transom is 55 ft lbs?

He's not mounting a jackplate to the transom. He's moving a motor on the jackplate. Torque specs are on the FAQ on the 3.0 Mercury boards.
