    We had a little excitement in the park this morning

    We got a phone call this morning about 1:30 am, one of our tenants RV caught on fire. He lost everything, trailer,pontoon,2 jet skis,kawasaki mule and had no insurance.

    The building was his too, after he talked with his ins company he does have ins on the waverunners and pontoon but nothing else.

    That sucks... let’s not cast stones about not having insurance.. let’s not kick a man while he is down.. Let’s not debate that racket....between all my toys, House, my buisness and the wife’s buisness, the insurance premiums depress the crap out of me.. maybe this guy got depressed about all his diffrent premiums to and decided to let some lapse.

    Between my business, house, ranch and ranch house, vehicles,boat etc I have 17 different policies and yes it gets depressing.
