2005 tracker v-18 can it’s transom handle two power poles/ or talons and a jack plate plus a 150 mercury 4 stroke.
When I say handle I mean no doubt will cause any issues or won’t weigh the boat down to much in the back

Made before power poles, .100 tin. I'd spend that money on an Ultrex.
2015 Ranger RT188 DC; BassCat Storage Box; Mercury Optimax 115ProXS;
19" Spitfire X7; Vessel View Mobile; Minn Kota Ultrex 80; GForce Handle;
TM Eliminator; Helix 7 G2N SI Combo F/R; HydroWave KVD; BBT 4" Angled Bow Mount; Durasafe Locks for Electronics and Ultrex;
Twist Step Boarding Ladder; EZEE Step ES1; BAC RAC Rod Storage; Motor Mate Transom Saver
Ok I already have one talon but you don’t think I should push it?

I dont know if the transom will structurally handle
that much weight, but I know what it will do, the bow will be pointed
into the heavens and your boat will fly like a kite when fishing.
I would opt for the MK Ulterra or Ultrex, and use the anchor feature
LDS.

You should be able to get total weight rating on the transom from Tracker. I believe your transom is rated for a kicker.
