Need advice for new deck

I just purchased new carpet for my Tracker. After removing the old carpet I see that its time for new decks.
What is the best material to use? I have concidered new marine ply completely covered with fiberglass
or 1/8 aluminum sheet but not sure if it would bow without adding more stringers. Is there better options?
Ply covered with epoxy or urathane? Just want something that will last. Thoughts?

I've put carpet in a dozen +. I would go with marine and cover it with glass. Glue on plywood stinks to begin with, glue on resin/glass lasts for years, the wood will out last the rug.
