This is about the only way to clean the boat easily. Been doing this for a long time. Slick mist works best for us. Doesnt cost a fortune and available all over.

I don't worry about mine a whole lot....I fish from it too much and it sits on a boat lift when not in Florida that makes it hard to get to. I give it a good cleaning ever so often and use White Diamond Polish and Sealer when I clean it. It takes a little elbow grease but works really great. It cleans it and puts a sealer on, removes oxidation, and leaves a nice aluminum look without being too shiny.

You never mentioned the color of your RT. I have the dark charcoal and the scum line and water spots show easily. As others have said, I am religious about wiping down after each use. I also use Meguiar's quick wax every other outing. Makes the wipe down easy and maintains a decent shine.

Takes only a few minutes. Well worth it.

I've been using vinegar/water but would like to try the Slick Mist. Do you use the "marine" slick mist or the regular one? Do you use it on the trailer and motor too? Also, does anyone know if the slick mist "interior" is safe to use on the Ranger seats?

I use which ever of the two I find. Meaning if I at a place that sales the marine one that’s it. The detailer is great stuff to. Any and all vinyl or plastic. Don’t know about the ranger seats. But this Tracker seat is 12 years old.

All the lucas products are safe for all surfaces. If its safe for car seats then its safe for Ranger seats. They arent a special material.
