warranty info on my motor

Hi i have a brand new 250 SHO and i was wondering if there was a way i could look up my motor by serial number to view my warranty info? Or are only deaelrs allowed to do this ?

Dealers can do it and Yamaha US can do it.

There is an app that you can download and you can check it yourself.
