    Merc Monitor digital display went out

    This spring my mercy monitor was working off and on. It always would light up but the display would come on about two out of three times. Now the display doesn’t come up at all. Been like this for about two months. The gauge came on my boat and replaced my rpm gauge. Was pricing them out and am in sticker shock as to what they costs. I wouldn’t think for the price that the display should go out after a few years. I’m going to speak with mercury but asking here to see if anyone has had similar issues and if mercury replaced it.

    I would trace down your wiring and check all the connections. You might want to post this on the Mercury forum.

    thanks for the reply. The gauge is bad. No wiring issues as I’ve been through that. Just looking to see if anyone else has had there display go out in there gage.
