I did all of the by myself. Watched a couple of YouTube videos to get an idea how to attack it. Had to recut 2 pieces of carpet. I trimmed the front platform too short and one of the livewells lids, the carpet got turned and caused stripping. You wanna keep the carpet going in one direction throughout the boat. The 5 piece boat seats I ordered from boatseats.com and received them within 3 days. I'm very happy with the final result. Thanks to everyone for their kind comments!
