New to CHIRP
Just upgraded from Helix gen1 to gen2n. Running the factory default the 2d chirp is running. I know CHIRP is best for deep water and better target separation but in normal operations would you continue to run the CHIRP in 2D? Normal to only 30-40 foot depths.
Have not seen any difference with or without CHIRP with the 83/200 kHz crystal.
The Dual Spectrum 2D crystal in the MEGA DI transducer does better with target separation and sharpness.
