i would recommend using rods gloves to keep things straight when doubling up ..
but sure you should be able to do that . .
Is there an option for no tubes, maybe just 2 tiers for bulk storage?
My tubes are big enough for 2 in each.. use sleeves.. to keep thing separated ..and clean .. or just take out the tubes and just lay them on the floor...
