    Bullet livewell drain arm

I made a few the other day and they work very well although I'm going to change the design a little bit to make it easier on Machining and the end-user. I will update when I get the new ones made.

Well I have been meaning to make one for a while. I'm going to work on the upper arm today where the actual handle is at.

That's the ticket! The whole dang valve assembly should be aluminum.

I'd like to see an aluminum housing with teflon seals to go with it...or just use a teflon ball to seal the ports!!!
You know alot of these valves and pumps wouldn't freeze and crack if they had a way to drain'em other than compressed air. Most peeps won't take the time to blow everything out when Winter sets in, they just run'em till the water stops coming out and that's not enough!

Yeah I know what you mean. I'm honestly surprised they haven't put a ball valve or a gate valve in line and put an electric actuator on it so you can push a button. I have contemplated relocating the valve anyways because where it's at it's hard to work on.

I haven't looked so I didn't know if it was an option or not. I broke two arms in one week so I am definitely going to resolve the issue.

Mine would have worked but the holes were cut to close to the center support or stringer, and I think I would have needed a longer cable, I was trying to upgrade my live well pumps and couldn't make it fit on the passenger side, that's why I tried

Prolly more along the lines of I’m a little heavy handed. When I put the new valve and selector at the top I actually put everything together loose to insure the cable wouldn’t bind....still broke. HA HA HA !!!
