    I understand that there are internal differences but I read the question to ask what would need to be done for a successful flash. With that being said for you to flash an Optimax and be run ready all you have to do is flash the ECU and remove the air restricter. So I believe that I have given a valid answer based on my own experience with my flashed 75 Optimax.

    That is all I did to my 2013 75hp 4stroke as well. Got great results for the money as far as I am concerned.
