    Ultrex - no power?

I’ve had my new boat out 3 times. The ultrex doesn’t seem to be working right. It has virtually no power? I cranked it all the way up to 10, but feels like 4-5 on my fortrex on my last boat. I’ve looked over the manuals and nothing really addresses absesnse of full power. What am I missing? Thanks!

Batteries not charged, miswired, heavier boat etc.. Start by verifying the voltage at the motor is good and go from there.

If you have verified the correct voltage with the motor turned on, deployed, and set to constant and voltage is correct, then remove the prop and take the bottom bolt out to check for signs of water.

Voltage is good in all batteries. I guess I have a TM issue.

Did you check at the motor itself?

Start by measuring at the connector. You may find it easier to pull the panel to measure the back side of it. Measure both with the motor on and off.
