    2011 250 issues getting on plane

    So this started Saturday and has never done this before. Boat starts fine, idles great. When you go to get on plane the motor shakes pretty bad, gets to 3000 rpm and won’t go any higher. If you leave the throttle open, it will eventually get on plane (21 seconds to be exact). Once on plane the power is drastically down. Does this sound like an air pump to anyone else?

    I would suspect fuel restriction or lost fire on one or more cylinders. Post this in the 3 Liter section. Include your engine serial number.
