    Glad you looked around and found a deal. I know it would make more sense and be easier to put on at the lake but I got impatient and put it on at the house. It was easy with a small bottle jack sitting on the spare tire and a little piece of wood on top of the ram in front and against the bow hook. I only had to lift the boat 1/2 inch at the most. I almost got in on without the jack.

    I always sit in middle seat when loading myself

    I also upgraded to a Stoltz roller on my Polar Kraft
