So how does the front tank connect to the motor or rear tank as i only see one hose from rear tank to motor.

There should be a selector valve. At one time they were on the side of the splashwell. Don't know if it's there on a 95 or elsewhere. The switch at the console switches the gauge.
It may be on the seat tray between the seats.
The switch is next to drivers seat, but i don't see any switch valve and the fuel line comes from the rear tank to fitting in transom then to motor. So i suspect the front tank is not hooked up.

I'm at Cape Fair until Sunday. When I get home I'll take pics of my selector and anything I can take that might help you. I also have the 1994 manual that has the specs I'll put up so you can see it.
My favorite color is clear.

Is it under the passenger side?
Nope no access there...
Only thing i can think of is once i get the batteries and oil tank out might be able to access front tank from under the live well...just a thought...
Why would a builder put a tank in that you could not access the fuel lines as fuel lines don't last for ever...lol

For what it's worth,
I used to have a 95 202 that I was told the front tank was 'blocked off' when I bought it. I couldn't see anything wrong with it, and went ahead and filled it up. HUGE MISTAKE, it had cracked or somehow else had developed a leak, and once I noticed the gas in the bilge it was a major pain in the butt to drain the tank and clean up the mess. I wouldn't have posted had the boat not been the same model year, but if it was mine, no way would I try to use it. I never had a problem with using more gas in a day than the back tank held, and fresh gas is always best anyway. In my humble opinion, you are very likely opening a can of worms that maybe prior owners had closed for good reason.
please proceed with caution, gas and gas fumes are nothing to play with!
