    21 phx deck

Thinking of selling my bc jag and getting back into a phoenix. What are the front and rear deck measurements?

What are the main reasons for getting out of the Bass Cat?

I don't really have any to be honest. Only thing I disly about my jag is you cannot open the rod locker with rods on them. I will dump them over board. I have been fishing out of my partners 721 and kind of miss my old 721. But would rather have the layout and the size of the phx.

I have yet to understand why all bass company's do not put the rod straps connecting to the rod box like Phoenix and Tritons do. Blows my mind. I have a bass cat also and it irritates me that my rods buts are pushed so far towards the front and I have no room up front to move around with the seat in. My next boat I will absolutely be looking hard at Phoenix. The only thing that makes it not a certain for me is the trailer and the plastic at the console.

Have you ever felt the "plastic" consoles?

Yes but it's still going to fade over time. Of course it's probably not to expensive to go ahead and buy one when you purchase the boat and put it up until you need to replace it.

I think its about 200.00 dollars to replace and you can get different designs if you change graphs or just want a different look.

This may give you a good idea of how wide the PHX at the trolling motor
