Do you have a bad cable or doing an install? I think I have an ethernet cable, round connections but only one adapter cable end to plug into helix units

I am not sure about ordering used stuff. You could be inheriting some one else's Problem. I would go new. they are called Ethernet cables

I agree with used, looks like you still have to order the cable and 2 adapter cables. Wonder why they don't have a cable that fits the connections without adapters. Would make it a little cheaper for those that just want to link up 2 units without installing a network.

I've ordered all kinds of preowned Humminbird gear from the Clasifieds section of BBC here and had zero issues so far. Knock on wood. I've saved a lot of money. Hell, ive found great deals on brand new stuff too, i bought my Helix Mega 10 on here
