Kerr Lake conditions

If it’s not raining in the morning I might head up to Kerr. Anyone know the conditions now? Specifically, how’s the water color/clarity? I don’t want to drive up and fish muddy water.

Buddy of mine said it's not bad right now. Of course NUTBUSH is clear as a bell. Might head there myself !!

With all the rains I saw the lake level is at 302 ft and rising. I am sure that the further up the river to and beyond Clarksville, Va you go the more stained to muddy it gets. Nutbush and Little Nutbush I believe are clearer. Going past Grassy Creek look for floaters in the lake. I'll be on my way in a couple weeks.

Nutbush and Butchers/Rudds always stays pretty clear.

Area around North Bend is normal as of this afternoon, Rudds was also ok yesterday.

I caught one fatty that went about 7lbs. Looked like it had swallowed a softball.

Palmer point stays clear as does Satterwhite areas.
