Livescope and cv52 on tm barrel?

Anyone have a livescope and a downward facing transducer like a cv52 mounted together on trolling motor barrel? Any technical reason why it wouldn't work? Seems like they both might fit okay. Bought a 93 plus for the bow mainly to use livescope but no reason not to use the cv52 if it will work? Going on a terrova so mounting the live scope to shaft not an option.

I have it with the gt52 and it works but you will never use it.
