The cold temperature (24 degrees) was worth a couple mph. Today, slightly choppy water 36.9 per the gps on my Elite Ti2. The speed on the Elite was 38.5 when it was 24 degrees. I didn't have the vessel view mobile on today.

Yeah dropping prop pitch may be a good idea, I am definitely trimming up, It will stop trimming when it reaches half way up on the trim gauge and water pressure is still good, getting about 25

    2008 190tx 90 hp.
5 battery's two 3 bank chargers , two trolling motors front and rear.
4 blade Hr Titon 19P 5500 rpm 40 mph cruise at 32mph at 4200 rpm.
Added a ton of weight and move it foward. . Just posted in show your boat here on the tracker forum with all the mods.
Super fast hole shot, with that weight moved forward but double seats and a tower for electronics on front I didn't expect a lot of numbers on top end.
