    Duralast Batteries

    Does anyone use Duralast marine cranking battery? pro's and con's....

    What motor u got I know opti’s are battery specific. I got the battery plus agm blue top best one I could get

    Going by dons list no duralast isn’t approved. Not saying it wouldn’t start but after a day of fishing it might not as that was my problem after running everything pumps graphs drain a battery when u don’t run much. I would highly recommend one of the battery’s on this list. I mind u they won’t be cheep and light but they will be reliable. http://www.bbcboards.net/showthread....batteries+meet

    If u work or know someone with a commercial account it can save u some money at battery plus

    I have a continental flooded cell in the boat now. Lol, been lucky, it is the original cranking battery that came in the boat when I bought the boat brand new in 2014...

    Sams carries a 950 cold cranking amps commercial battery, my buddy got one and it's doing fine, he has a 250 Pro XS

    I use a NAPA with 1050 Marine, 840 Cold cranking amps and 182 minutes reserve. Works great for me.
