    Looking for ideas

The wife is wanting to have a party at our house in a few weeks and is inviting everyone from work. I am not sure how many people are coming (Maybe 50ish) and like last year I would like to focus on food that doesn't tie me to a grill as people are coming and going at different times and I will most likely have to be on boat duty. I don't have a smoker but could borrow one.

    Last year I had:
    Pulled pork
    Buffalo Chicken
    BBQ chicken
    Mac and Cheese
    Kielbasa in a crock
    Dips and chips
    Salads

Then a few hot dogs and veggie burgers.

What would have on your menu?

Pulled pork is always my go to. Easy and cheap to cook, is good warmed up so you can cook it the day before and heat it up in the crock pot the day of.

Loaded nachos. Get a big aluminum pan put in a bunch of chips. Layer with whatever you like on them. Cover with cheese an put on the grill and cook until the cheese is melted. There will be none left

Smoked meatloaf is a great idea for 6-8 people but for 50 people, I think I would be smoking a few pork butts and maybe adding a two grills full of chicken legs and thighs. If you decide to do the Jalapeno poppers, prepare them a day in advance and just cook them in the oven so they won't take up valuable grill space and also there is a side benefit, no grease fires! Just be sure to use a 1" deep pan in the oven or you'll find out the hard way that you should have (smoked up the house for an hour)
