83 Cajun Grande Bateau saved from scrapyard.

Just picked up a Cajun Grande Bateau. It was mere hours away from heading too scrapyard. Got it for $300 bucks with tandem axel trailer. No motor or trolling motor, seats trashed as well as carpet. Will go through full restoration with transom and stringers replacement first. I’ll post pics as soon as I figure it out!

Looks like all the important bits are there - including dash, and console & bow switch panels. If you decide to fab a deck extension/insert, that thing is gonna be like an aircraft carrier! Lots of potential room to move around, and add more storage space besides.

That’s the plan. Has a livewell up front so the layout is unique. Even without a deck extension the storage is through the roof.
