    Cajun Fryer

I bought a Cajun Fryer a couple of years ago. What can I clean the old dried up grease off the outside of it?

Stuff called boil out. It’s a tablet. Fill with water, when water boils put tablet in and let it eat. $20 for 5 tablets on amazon

Bought some stuff at a janitor supply house today. Gonna clean the fryer tomorrow. I'll let you know how it turns out.
