Help, my bilge won't shut off

Hey guys, I need some suggestions. My bilge goes though 5 second cycles. Power off, sitting in the garage, just hums for a second then silent for 5 seconds. I've checked every fuse I can find. It's all dry in bilge area. Very frustrating so far. Any ideas?

If it's the auto bilge pump... bad switch?

The latest news is I took out the bilge pump and that indeed is making the humming noise. It's a Mayfair 1000. I took the pump apart and nothing is stuck in the impeller or anywhere else I can see. It makes the 1 second hum while holding it in hand so I know it's the culprit. Now the question, am I not seeing a reset button or something else to take apart or is it time for a new bilge pump?
