    Mrytle Beach

Anyone ever stayed at any of the campgrounds around mrytle? Thinking about taking the wife and kids down before school starts. Any good campgrounds with stuff for young kids (7&3) to do?

With a couple of storage lots that look like they have 1000 RVs on them, there has to be a number of campgrounds. I suggest you go to a bookstore and get a campground directory for present and future use.

Apache Campground and Myrtle Beach Travel Park are nice campgrounds in North Myrtle. Another that I've stayed at is Pirate Land. Its on the south end of Myrtle. Also Myrtle Beach State Park is nice.

Lakewood is a great place. Even at full capacity it is easy to get around. Plenty of space between campers.

I have an app called "Duck Duck Go". Shows all campgrounds and give pertinent information on each.
