when I double tap my pp does not matter which switch I use the poles don't go all the way down are all the way up. Sometimes I have to double tap 3 are more time to get them all the way down are up. the one on the sb side is worse. Any ideas?

Mine did the same thing last weekend when I had them out the first time. I have the app on my phone now and I believe it is probably just a sensitivity setting. It was worse on one side especially when the boat was moving. I’m assuming it reads the current and shuts the pump of at different sensitivity levels. More resistance increases current and shuts the pumps off.
Change the sensitivity just one click, if it is better or worse adjust the other way, I don't think the sensitivity is labeled very good
