    Duck lake - interlochen

Staying on duck lake last the week in August. Anyone have any info you’d share on how the fishing is there at that time of year? Also what nearby lakes would you hit first if you wanted a change of scenery?

I've only fished that area during the spawn so I might not be much help..I basically ran around and fished big flats...Really nice area and there are definitely some nice smallies in all 3 lakes...Good perch fishing also if you can keep the rock bass off your hook..
