Get his Hull ID and call any Nitro dealer and they will order and drop ship it to him.
So I've called several Nitro dealers and Tracker. Nitro only keep parts for 6 years. Any other suggestions?

Call custom tint and mold because they are a lot cheaper than bass pro. There phone number is 870-367-7083. By the way bass pro here in texas uses this organization but bass pro will charge you for handling charges and if you do it your self there's no middle man and they do a great job.
