    Everyone pays for insurance not knowing if they'll ever need it, so why not get a leash? It may just save your life.
    I run the Ohio River a lot, and always worried about hitting a floater. The second I had the leash on, I felt better.

    Yep, not to mention spending 100k on boats, electronics, fishing gear, etc... another 350 bucks is chump change to possibly save your life.

    Drewtick, mailbox full.
    I run several Jeep Wranglers, and the synthetic winch line used has a breaking strength of about 20,000 lbs., what is it for The Leash?
    Not starting anything, just kind of feels like paying for airbags or seat belts.
