The unit he is using is a Carbon w/SS 3D......fish reveal on downscan can be done on the Gen 3, Carbon and Elite Ti units. Its a software update if one doesnt have the latest update and fish return colors are the same as what can be had under the sonar colors.

Top pic is "FishReveal" down imaging mixed with color fish arcs from 2D.
bottom pic is standard down imaging w/o the FishReveal feature enabled.

I wish I could get my down image and fish reveal to work like that I’m not sure if my fish reveal is working and my di is never clear like that

But, in fairness, you could produce that image with one Carbon 7" that comes w/ Totalscan Transducer for Sub $1000, right?
