    Thumbs Up New Tracker forum.

I've added a new Tracker forum and Basstrackeroptimax will be Moderator of both the Tin Boats and the new Tracker forum.....thanks Roy!

There have been discussions before as to whether there should be a Tracker forum separate from the Tin Boats and we've decided that now is the time.

I liked it better with all the TIN boats all in one. There were things there I looked at about tracker boats but I don't see myself looking at trackers alone. At that point get one for every tin made.
Just my 2 cents if it's not broke don't fix it.

    "from GDL...Today, 06:42 AM

I tend to agree. The more things are spread out, the less some readers will see them. I learn things from posts about boats different from my two tinnys (Lowe and G3) and use them often.

I guess I will subscribe to the Tracker forum just so I don't miss a Tinboat suggestion or project that I can use. I'm following a half dozen different forums now.

great news. now add one for Ranger tins. reading the tin forum would be a bit faster. nothing against either but there is so much written about them that it would be easier to have a sperate forum for each. all others could stay in the same forum.

I like the "one stop shop" method. A lot of good info and discussion from all, no matter the brand.

Furtunately its not against the rules to go to the tracker forum and see whats going on over there as well. I have always followed and posted in several forums. I also used to think at one time all in one forum was fine as well but things have changed that make myself and others think differently. Pluses and minuses to everything.

I just "follow" six or eight forums. Each morning I get a listing of the postings from the previous day.

Obviously, I don't get to participate in the current conversations, but I gain a lot by reading what others have already posted. If a particular thought hasn't already been aired, I will add one.

Haven't been around much since I sold my Tracker but it is great to see they finally added a separate forum. Many thanks to Roy for all he has done over the years for this forum and I am sure will do the same for the new one. Also thanks to Al for listening to all those complaining or requesting the separate forum. Not all brands can sustain a separate forum but I am sure the Tracker guys can.

Just bringing this back up to the top in case any tracker guys havnt seen or noticed yet. Alot of members that left have started posting again along with some new posters so I call this a big success. Tracker guys if you see this check out the new forum one forum below on the list from the tin boats.
