Never heard of one not having a bulb, keep looking.
Mine is in bilge area close to my cranking battery on my 2015 20 trx.
I’m sorry it’s 2018 but I did look there to there’s a big tube from the motor coming in to the boat that all the hoses run Thur and I can’t find a bulb at all I think I remember asking where it was when I bought the bought boat and the dealer said they don’t use rhem no more I may be mistaken
I would think that the 250 ProXS would still need a primer bulb unless your dealer did not rig one.

If they didn't rig one they should have. You are straining the fuel pump trying to pull fuel all the way from the tank and could damage it.

You have air in system......you will have to get air out.
Normally you do that by taking gas line loose at motor and squeeze bulb until air out and gas appears.
If you have electric fuel pump.....you may can take gas line loose and use pump to force air out.
Check around the oil reservoir. Then point the arrow on the bulb to the sky. Axe me how I know that. I know when I had an OMC Fucht that thing was terrible to start if I ran her dry. I think I had to fill up the fuel filters to get 'er cranked over.

Check from water separating filter to engine.Mine was behind my oil res.
Primer bulb. No need to disconnect the fuel line. If it was not rigged with one you need to install one with the proper Oetiker clamps.
