There are two small micro switches on the back side of my tack, if you flip them while running it will read put more rpms. Anyone know what this is for??
There are two small micro switches on the back side of my tack, if you flip them while running it will read put more rpms. Anyone know what this is for??
They are for setting up the tach for different outboards I believe. Different engines will send signal differently to the tach based on the number of poles on the alternator. That is my loose understanding at least.
