97 stratos floor replacement help needed

I replaced the floor 4 years ago but didn't brace it good enough. Took it all apart today and wanting some ideas on the best way to brace it this time. The stringers are to far apart to strong enough. How should i brace it? The right side stringer runs under my single console. Thanks for the help

want too stiffen it up? put some 4 pound floation foam under it. Simple, glass over the hole that you pour the foam into. watch a vid on youtube.

Thinking outside the box. Why not build in another storage hatch?

This. It wont br as hard as you think. I would use resin and mat from the hardware store to glass in a bulkhead as well. In this area you wont have to worry about how it looks as long as its functional and is notched for water to run down the center of the hull.
