    Power Poles not holding

They go down and touch bottom, but not hard enough hold the boat in place. 2017- 8 foot Blades. Suggestions?

Don't really know. It's a pretty new boat and I would hope that the installers took care of that. The pumps are so deep in the bilge that I can't even see them. Guess I'll have to start removing stuff to take a look!

Check your settings on the phone app you could be set for soft bottom or check your sensitivity it should be on at least 5

Yes can can adjust on pumpers (read manuals) or if your have the C Monster app . Sink them to or phone . Then you can go in and set the up / down speeds , and pressure . If you are in sand rock ...?.. just takes a few mins .. good luck

Thanks for posting that Murph, but I'm hopeful there's a way to adjust the sensitivity without putting hands on the pumps. On my Ranger, they are buried as far back in the battery area as possible. I'll have to remove the battery charger just to even look at them!

I have the app on my Android phone, but I have an iPad as well. Do you think it would make a difference?

Use your android .. it’s called C-Monster . Use your Bluetooth to to conect to your pumps... once done everything can be adjusted . Speed up /down how much pressure you want to go down ..ie. if your in sand / rock . To allow to to stop your boat

I went out to the garage and increased the speed with the app. When it touched down, it rocked the boat. So hopefully that will be enough to hold it. My Poles are not the latest, so maybe there isn't a separate adjustment for pressure. I can't find one.

I just watched a couple of videos on the app. As mentioned, there should be a control for bottom hardness. I'll get back into the app to try to locate if. If I can't, I'll give the manufacturers a call. Thanks

A speed change will do nothing to help the problem you are having. can I ask how deep you were when you said they weren't holding? Have you tried them in shallower water with same results ( not holding). I want to make sure it is not a issue of not enough slack in your lines not letting them reach full deployment as you stated when you tried them in your garage they "rocked" your boat. Meaning they are getting good contact with the bottom.

The last couple times I would guess 6 feet or less. I had a set on my previous boat (Triton), and I could always tell when they hit the bottom. On this boat(Ranger) I can't. Don't know if that's because of the all the foam inside or not.
