Well, I thought I would at least let everyone know how it went. Mozingo was awesome! Ended up catching 9 keepers, and all were off of trees in 10-20 feet of water. All the fish were suspended. Broke off 2 fish on the day as well coming off of really wild cedar like trees....
Jigs were the primary bait. Best 5 went about 18-19 pounds... 2- 5 pounders....

Do they still have all the lilie pads? Did you try any frogging?
Sorry for not noticing your question earlier. But there were not that many Lillie pads.. I think we ran upon some up the river across from the North ramp, but nothing and the water was pretty dirty up there... The lake is at least 2 ft low, so much of the Eurasian Milfoil is now too shallow to hold fish. There is still grass, but it is only in water out to 1-1.5ft deep imo... So the shallow grass bite didn't work for us, with the exception of a few topwater fish on main lake points just outside of the grass early in the morning...

Still on fire.... Went Saturday 15+ keepers, with best 5 over 21 lbs... Jigs, and Squarebills were the ticket...
