    Jack plate question

    I’m currently running a 619 Phoenix and toying with the idea of getting a set of talons! My question is I currently have a 10in Z lock manual jack plate. Should I upgrade to a hydraulic for the talons or will the manual be ok? What’s the pros and cons with each? Thanks

    If going w Talons a hydraulic will help with holeshot with heavy Talons. Its not as important with the much lighter and more weight distributed Power Poles. A Hydraulic jackplate if in the budget is always a plus , no drawbacks.
