NADA engine prices are not even close. your engine is worth $12,000 max and I would not count on getting that for it.

Those prices do seem high.. In the end it's only worth whatever someone is willing to pay.

We face the same issues with book pricing in our industry, book values are inflated to keep all of the manufacturers happy and content. Normally when coming up with a "true" value we use 70%-80% of low retail.
