    Will the Ultrex ever be offered without the US2?

    I am saving up for an Ultrex upgrade and was hoping that Minnkota would offer it with out the US2. I am running a Fortrex with a Lowrance Total Scan on a homemade mount. It would be easier if I didn't have to deal with a built in transducer that I would never use anyway. Is there any hope?

    I would tend to agree with Troy, in fact they will now be offering it with a built-In MEGA down imaging transducer as an option instead of the US2.

    I think it’s possible down the road, you can buy the terrova with or without currently... although I agree with the others, I think their focus is on built in SI/DI for now.
