Of course, if u have power poles or talons connecting can present a challenge. I used thick plastic tubing to protect the ski bridle from getting cut on the power pole brackets. Also one of those floating balls on your line helps keep the rope out of the water. Makes it easier to swing tubers.

I pull a tube with my z7 with ease. I actually have to make sure I do not go to fast!
2009 Nitro Z-7, Mercury 175 Pro xs, Hydraulic steering, Motorguide 82lb TM, HDS 7 w/ structure scan, Lake Insight, and Eagle 640c at console HDS 7 Lake Insight at bow networked , 3 bank charger, 6" manual Slidmaster Jackplate.
Only place to hook to is the hold down rings on the jack plate so I was just curious. Thanks!
I have two hooks on the back of my hull on either side of my outboard that I hook a tube harness. It goes around my outboard but not sure about the newer models.

Yeah I am seeing 12 to 16 feet. I have two boys that would love to get drug around the lake on a tube so I am looking at buying the equipment....just not sure what length of bridle to get just yet.
i would think the 12 is good enough. I feel like mine was maybe 6 to 8 ft. U don't want that much for the bridle.
And u do need to be careful swinging the tube, as it will hit the talons or anchors.

I was thinking that a 12 would be good as well.
Good info on the swinging of the tube...thanks!
